Cancellation Policy

While an order is still on our bench you can cancel it and be refunded in full.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 269 Lee Ave counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 718-280-9028 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; PC Gear Hub handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

Ring +1 718-280-9028 or write to [email protected]. Include the order number so we can find it on the bench.

If it has already shipped

Post-dispatch, treat it as a return: 30 days from delivery, unused, original packaging.

Cancellations by us

PC Gear Hub cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the South Williamsburg shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
