Shipping at PC Gear Hub is deliberately simple: one rate, one free threshold, one country. The detail is below.

What shipping costs

We charge $7.95 for shipping and nothing at all once the basket passes $59. There is no per-item surcharge.

How long it takes

Allow one business day for us to pack, then the carrier transit time on top. We do not hold orders waiting for stock we do not have.

Where we deliver

Deliveries go to United States addresses. If you need a shipment outside the country, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

If something goes wrong

If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not there, contact [email protected] and we will open a trace with the carrier the same day.
