Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to start a return
- Returns start with an email to [email protected]. We issue a return reference within one business day so nothing gets lost at our end.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
To be refunded in full an item must be unused with its packaging intact. We will still look at anything else on a case by case basis.

Who pays the postage
We do not charge a restocking fee, but return postage on a change of mind is not refunded.
When the money arrives
Expect the refund on your original payment method within three to five business days of us receiving the return.
